Long story short -- Joseph just isn't growing.
I'm not sure if the problem is me or him, but at 4 months he is tiny, falling off the growth curve, and not showing any signs of improvement. I have to go again tomorrow for another weigh-in, and then we need to discuss what our options are.
Please pray!

Praying! Please keep us posted on your sweet little guy. My six year old boy has always been a tiny thing - he barely makes it onto the growth charts for his age.
Thank you, thank you, thank you! I've spent most of the evening crying over this. I knew it was bad, but now it's impossible to ignore.
I've got several tiny ones, but they follow the growth curve, at least.
praying for you- don't be afraid to be a mama bear to get great care for your son
Oh, no! I will be praying for you guys! Maybe this is why he's fussy?
Ouiz, ask about growth hormone level checking...remember our friends in Florida who have two that need injections for it? And, of course, you have our prayers!
SBG, the endocrinologist is on the list of doctors he and Thomas need to see. I've been worried about Thomas for years, and now that Joseph is not growing, it makes me think that it's something more substantial.
We're headed out the door in less than 10 minutes.
Thank you, one and all, for your prayers!!!

Does he feed well? I had to express and tube feed Atwen as we had problems with her, our 11th
I always have little ones too
God Bless

He eats well... at least, he used to. What happened seems to be something of a snowball effect -- he wasn't feeling well, so he didn't nurse much, which made my supply drop off; there wasn't much for him, so he continued to eat less, which made him feel worse, and on and on.
I have a HORRIBLE time pumping. Some women can, some can't. I fall into the can't group, unfortunately. I tried for months with my first born (who was in the NICU for 50 days) and it was an abysmal failure.
