Chocolate Amaretto Cheesecake recipe

You asked for it, you got it! It looks heavenly, doesn't it?

If you can't wait for the chance to try this recipe (and believe me, it tastes even better than it looks, if that were possible!), make your way over to Cooking Light and see just how easy this one is!

(my only substitutions: I use a store-bought chocolate crust so that the crust is a bit thicker, I use dark chocolate chocolate chips, and I use only fat-free cream cheese. Yeah, it kinda assuages my guilt a tad...)

Teehee! Thank you, Ouiz! Will definitely have to try this one... I made a classic cheesecake for Thanksgiving, my brother claimed it for himself, so I think it turned out okay. LOL I know what you mean about the guilt thing... my recipe calls for two blocks of cream cheese, so I always make sure one of them is 1/3 the fat. ;)
