Our weekend

Christopher working on his last lesson...

Hooray! He finished the book!

(I can't say enough about this book. It is wonderful! I have used it to teach all of my "readers" in the family -- he's #4. We now graduate to learning phonograms in a more structured order, and on to the Writing Road to Reading!)

Sean won 2nd place at this year's Pinewood Derby.

And this is what today brought, unfortunately.

The picture above represents $200 worth of medicine that I had to purchase for my family this afternoon, in an effort to help Christopher get over the flu quickly, keep the rest of us (who are starting to go down as well) on our feet, and most importantly, TO TRY TO KEEP GRACE HEALTHY.

Four month old babies can't take Tamiflu.

I'm scared for Grace right now, and have had several friends (thank you, guys!) pray with me today about it. Please keep it up!

Sorry to hear that the flu has hit your house. We're all neck deep in yucky colds/flu here. My littlest one is nine months already. I can't imagine having to worry about a newborn on top of everything else. My family will be sending our our prayers & offering up our suffering to keep little Grace healthy this flu season!
