Look Mommy! Now We're Cat-Protected!

That's what they said, in utter seriousness.

It must be known that our cat is not in the habit of attacking heads... but obviously the head gear is an important part of the "cat-protectedness."

And who is this cat who inspires such need for self-protection? I give you... Max.

Does he look threatening to you? Nope. He doesn't look threatening to me, either. (This is a picture of him desperately trying to stay cool in our car port during this latest heat wave. For some reason, he doesn't want to be inside during the day! He'd rather be outside, sweltering, under all that fur. Weird, weird cat...)

If he is anything like our cat and dog, I have a feeling it is the kids! LOL
