I knew it was gross before, but now I REALLY know.

This video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zJeDqHYOtKc was where I started. This will NOT fit a women's foot, however, so in order to make it for a size 8 foot, the cuff needs to be 37 rows around. After that it seemed to all come together nicely. I had never done a back stitch single crochet before, but it's pretty simple and that's what makes the cuff so stretchy. After the heel part, you just crochet around and around and around in a big spiral until you get to the toe. Very easy!!Ouizhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08377634340650234707noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-22626315.post-85626730823094218032014-01-02T12:50:41.732-05:002014-01-02T12:50:41.732-05:00Um, yikes! I'm sure I would do the same thing if my husband was interested, but I am also glad he isn't. :-). It is amazing how deeply ingrained that "don't eat bugs" rule is, isn't it!!

Congrats on the sock! I was really hoping to knit a pair in 2013, but never got past the swatch. The directions were just so intimidating! I think I need to look around for different directions, don't you?Amberhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12689104216675201913noreply@blogger.com
